Re: Demon's Build
Looks great! Keep up the good work red. Best looking 1G sedan I've seen for sure.

Damn! how many threads did you have pointing up through the top? the shape of your quarter is slightly different than mine, i can tell that much. did you just drill a hole to allow it to pas through? that will come in handy when you want to upgrade to adjustable dampening.
I will need to check my car, but i know i had room. and can i stick pictures of your in the DIY? like an Attention sedan owners..

Re: Demon's Build
I think it had like 2-3 of the small threads pointing through the top. The noise i heard was like 2 metal pipes hitting each other so i guess it just finally broke through.

thats above the mount though, so did it bolt up ok? that part, just flexes with the bushing once its installed. it doesn't move with the suspension. but i am trying to figure out why it poke through.

Wut u mean by that? And I still think I did the back wrong cus it still looks like its in a nose dive. Even with the back springs set to ur height. The nut has to be screwed down all the way right till its tight?

Re: Demon's Build
on the shaft there is a foamy rubber stopper, it stops the suspension travel. I bet you are resting on those, they are factory size. bad part is you would need to take it apart to cut them, good part is its an easy fix.
this is one of those things i do almost instinctively that i forget others need tutorials on. cut it in half or more..

Re: Demon's Build
Are you talking about that rubber piece in between the metal on top of the coils and the metal mount you attach to the body of the car? And you can use my pic if you want rabbit i dont mind. Better so others wont have trouble either. I was wondering if i dont cut it can i just lower the amount of thread i have on the coils? will that lower it without cutting anything?
