i have not wired them up yet, planning on doing it soon though

daox, my wallet is my limit I installed the new gauge faces and thats the last thing i have done for about 3 months

my list includes

SRI->CAI
Maybe Xaio's Headers
Paint Valve cover
Minor interior work, a little paint there and there, new bulbs and take out the backseat maybe
Rabbit's coilovers to fix my sturt in the front
CF hood to replace my busted hood
New tires
A nice buff job to bring back the paint

I am plainning on buying a miata project and slaping a turbo on it since my aveo is an auto and a turbo is out of the question, rabbit and others made good points on leaving the aveo to be a DD and to buy a project/fast car, thats the plan now

2000 when i put in my name, will owe 7000 or so at that point, payments of around 160-180 im thinking

Man, am I happy I paid cash for the Aveo and HHR when I sold my CX-7. No more car payments to worry about.

i dont want to keep telling you what to do hunter, i feel bad doing so..


How many payments do you have left? before you refinance, and make all the accrued interest on the loan become principle. Try looking at how much of your monthly payment goes to the principle. If your payoff is still that high, i doubt that much does. Paying the $2000 will possibly know the last year off the term of the loan provided they do not have early pay off penalties. Then maybe you can pay the car off in sooner versus taking out another 4-5 year loan..

I really hate that banks take advantage of people like this.
