mine last just about as long, i got a set of hancooks and they have been decent even in the snow.

i can see it working on the 1st gen but the 2nd gen with computer controlled throttle and such the computer will probably compensate for any changes.

HIDs are High and Low beam and havent had any problems with the local authorities knock on wood =P

as long as the current going through the bulbs doesnt go higher than the OEM amps and watts it will be fine, the headlight thing is 100% correct though, the wires on the car are made to only carry the current of the stock bulbs... but if the LEDs are of the same specs im deff getting a different col...

its an 09 aveo5, i just got my 10000K HIDs and i deff can tell that the passenger side is low haha

im going to attempt to get that G3 cluster and fit it to the aveo, it seems to be the same actual console just different cluster appearance... we will see

someone told me that a set of honda coilovers from skunk2 would fit an aveo... anyone know anything about it?
