Yeah pretty much. Keeps the others pretty clean and dry.

I checked on getting the switch the other day. They said 40 bucks for the switch and 70 for the one for the 09. So I didn't buy it. I called about a while ago and it was supposed to be 22. Serious jump there in price. And of course no returns if it doesn't work. So if anyone has a cheaper source and...

hmmm...I'll have to see one in person....I wonder if the mounting is the same. I may look for one eventually if I like it better. I also may go back and bug the sales guy about it. Not that he'll do anything about it. I'd never have known if this thread hadn't started LOL

Well from what I see in the pics vs. mine I think mine may have a bit more curve upward toward the back of the wing. But I don't have the same agle pic as Larsbud's pics...

Seems like maybe they are very close...or they put the wrong spoiler on it....

I have a 2009 with a spoiler....but I had them add it..

However, I can't tell the difference from it and Larsbud's spoiler....


I can't seem to find any pics with any differences I can see.

So I just read this again...what is the differnce between a gen 1 and gen 2 spoiler....I can't seem to find a pic that shows the differces.

I've been tracking every fill up since I got the car...well since 350 miles. I made an exel file and input the info. I've written my milage down each fillup. Why, just because I guess. I wanted to see the real MPG I was getting. I have been averaging 28-30.5 mpg. I filled up today and found I got 33...

My Aveo5 has a bracket on the front. I hate the back mounting though. Seems to rattle around. So I'm gonna buy one of those cheap plastic mounts and hopfully that fixes it. I bet it would work on the front in the spot the drill points are. Dresses it up a bit too.
