Welcome alex. You'll definately find it easier to customize your ride since you joined. There are a lot of DIYs and members on the forum that will help you out.

I think I'll save some money, I tend to look at my tires a lot anyway. Even so if a tire so happens to go flat, you'll definately feel it.
