Re: Blower Motor stopped working
Ok so I went out to my garage this evening and decided to get a start on getting the resistor out. Just for kicks I turned on the key to the pre-start position and turned on the blower motor and nothing. I gave the blower motor an easy tap with a mag-lite mini flashlight and lo and behold the blower...

Thanks Petrified Rabbit for the diagram. I really appreciate it. I'll pull it out tonight and get a new one installed.

Blower Motor stopped working
Not sure what going on here but let me explain what happened. Starting out the day I had the a/c on and the fan switch on "high" setting. Sometime during the course of the day I noticed that the blower wasnt functioning on #4 setting eventhough it was set there. When I got home I shut down...

Re: 100000 MILES AND DOING GREAT!
Petrified Rabbit sometimes I reach a point where I just don't feel like doing it. Now bearing in mind that my garage is pretty well equipped with air compressor and an array of air tools, as well as hand tools, there are times when I spend my time helping other friends with basic maintenance items, ...

Ok, so to make note of my last issue regarding my front left wheel bearing and right side lower ball joint problem I finally resolved those issues. In reality I parked the car in the garage up on jack stands for quite a while and just drove the Mercedes diesel. I figured 25mpg wasnt so bad, and the ...

Re: Need info on wheel bearings
Yeah its my 04 sedan and I have 114K on it. My wifes 07 hatchback with 47K on it is still covered though. Interestingly while I am going thru this with my 04, my wifes 07 was in the dealership for a routine check-up for a slight vibration and noticeable noise on the left side. They had to replace bo...
