Nature of the beast dictates that the colder it gets the more fuel you burn to drive. Also could be that the fuel mixture has changed up there (like it did down here, they started adding ethanol to the gas.) Also engines require at least 3 things to work right, air fuel spark. Id love to see a tiny ass turbo like that on the Aveo! Although I would assume the exhaust flow would be too mch for and it would tear itself to shreds lol. the real question is what is your purpose for the exhaust? if you're going car show route or total stripped track car then SS mandrel is what you need for looks/weight savings, but if you're looking for those things then go with titanium, even lighter and better looking!
