Don't worry about it. 20w in a 30w or 80w speaker with the same sensitivity will have the same loudness. I have 50w speakers all the way around in my car, but that is because when you look for aftermarket speakers in 5 1/4, they're all 50w rms +. You would be able to run an amp later on if you wish...
