09's and up have green SMD(solder-mount diode) LED's. You have to clip them and solder new ones in their place. You can get full SMD LED kits for it from blackcatcustom.com along with some other gauge goodies I convinced them to produce.

Re: Snow Travel?
I got around ok on the stock Kuhmo 14's that came on it, but I swapped to a set of 16x7's with Hankook iPike 205/50/R16 studded snow tires and I get around great.

Re: putt putt putt..
Try dumping a red bottle of HEET in it and see what happens. After that if it's still doing it check the gap on your plugs and check to make sure the porcelain isn't cracked. If that's not it you've probably got a bad o2 or an arcing coil.

Another option you could look at for gauges, I got blackcatcustom.com to make us gauges for the Aveo. They're pretty nice and affordable.

Re: plugs... prob asked a lot but i cant find anything on it
NGK's are good for the Aveo, however when you start talking about turbos I've found that good ol' autolight copper plugs perform well.

Damn, I like the way your taillights turned out. I don't want any red in mine though. Looks good bud, I like the black on the front bumper too.
