Interior Painting

I need to paint several pieces of plastic in my interior to gain some power... I mean to fix some things, like the paqint rubbing off on my shift plate. I want to paint the pieces in question yellow, what kind of paint would I want to use?

I also want to paint my valve cover yellow, any good paints for this?
