just went up 79 on snow covered and icy spots. the only person doing 70=80 mph consistently aside from the state trooper behind me..

the stock tires are terrible i imagine, i have studded snows, which get me traction everywhere, but are like pillow soft on the highway..

lowering helped a bit too, i noticed when i was higher, if you could see the snow blowing across the highway, then the car you blow around with it.

I got around ok on the stock Kuhmo 14's that came on it, but I swapped to a set of 16x7's with Hankook iPike 205/50/R16 studded snow tires and I get around great.

last night route 100 in PA was shut down in a state of emergency due to rediculous amounts of snow haha, aveo did great with my hancook rubber all the way from my job to my apt.. just couldnt get in my driveway due to snow that was halfway up my doors haha. aveo does great in my book.
