Blackmail them saying you will leave negative feedback about customer service on ebay. My friend did that and they sent him a new bulb free of charge.

that would be best. i dont see y they wont cover their part of their warranty.

its such a shame that bussinesses do this, but really they could charge you $100 shipping and nothing could be done about it, but i was the bussiness, i would try to not cover it, i would call them up and start getting vulger with them, that always works well
