aveo has realy thin sheet metal and flexible frame, but im sure the vw bug does too, so i assume thouse tents also spred the weight out to ladder?

Yeah 1/2 the tent is on the ladder 1/2 on the rack.

I don't see why the aveo couldn't do it. Unless you each weight 300 + pounds. Assuming you don't put 400 lbs of equipment up there either.

the aveo just had its timing belt and accesory belt replaced, the timing belt is 1 tooth off so the car idles like crap, this should be taken care off next week and new brake rotors and pads are going in. 2 new winter tires are gona go on the car before snow. oh and i need to reset the remote starter "black" box caz the car doesnt wana remote start by-itself

brakes done, timing belt was off by one tooth, dealer said valves are bent pay us 2000$ i said im taking her home

the car is back to running great, i installed the stock taillights, took off the evil eye lids and vinyl of the orange lights for better visibility of the vehicle in the woods, also took off the cone filter and reinstalled the stock air box for more TQ, better protection of the engine from dirt roads, and for less noise.
