Wow, great info Rabbit. So...would it be too much to ask since you have your front bumper off anyways to maybe snap a few pics of the back side to see how to take out the grilles and also what all is involved in removing the front bumper? It would be a big help if you could, thanks buddy.

Re: petrified.rabbit's build thread
bumper come off by taking the @ 4 fender liner bolts on each side, then taking out the headlights, the three plugs across the top of the rad support, taking the 4 bolts out of the fenders, then reaching in the headlight holes and taking the 2 rebar nuts off on each side, then the bumper is off..
the 4 grills come out by unscrewing screws on the back side. around the perimeter, the top grill has an additional cap that has push plugs to see the screws. If you have fog lights, they come out with 3 screws each..
the emblem has two positioning studs, but the tape is 3x strong than the emblem and bumper. i think i cut through the bumper twice while cutting through the tape, and the emblem came off in a dozen pieces..

Re: petrified.rabbit's build thread
the a/c install has to wait, i took some pictures and have started an ac diy
but the front is back together.
somethings missing.. plus i decided not to spend too much time fixing it as i was demoing new products, which means im not 100% sure it will hold up..
i am also amazed at how faded and dirty my car is after 2 years of neglect.. that one coat of clear makes it look new..

Very nice Rabbit. I like it. It does seem like something belongs there though doesn't it?...Idk, it turned out great though. I thought of doing this, but I think I'm just going to paint mine black.
