nice i love the look of your car, how you ever had your wheels scrape the body with people in the back seat
so what offset makes its flush with the stock fenders that are rolled but not pulled?

for a flush offset with a 7 inch rim. the front would be @ +35-30 the rear would be +10-20, that depends on tire sizes. i
my rims are +35 in the front (thanks to a 5mm spacer) and +10 in the rear.
they stuck out over an inch before i pulled the fenders, i moved the fender out that much, its not a finished job yet, but once finished, they will not rub at all. they currently only rub on off camber dips, or speed bumps (going over curbs into driveways)..
i am thinking about running a 16x9 in the rear with a 20mm offset, but i would need to pull the 1/4 another half inch at least. and the front would also need pulled for the matching front wheel.. and i want to keep the splash sheild in tact.

i asume you just put 5 mm spacer up front with out moding the length of the wheel studs. do you think 10 mm would work with the stock length. if so then im set for the front?

here is the easiest, and cheapest way to figure it out.
go buy some machined washers. about $2 worth would allow you to stack them 10mm high on each stud then both the wheel on, this is a good way to determine exactly where you want to the wheel be and them measure the thickness of the stack of washers and that is the size spacer you need.
10 mm should be fine with the studs. you will loose maybe 5mm in the wheel so you would have 10mm of threads to hold the wheel on, with a 1.5 pitch that is 15 turns. that is plenty.

you can buy 2mm thick machine grade washers. makes it easy because you dont need to measure the thickness. just coulnt and x2..
