its funny to see how much lower i am, but the hill makes it harder to see in the pictures.

my hood is as low as or lower than the side vent of the stock car.

what i have into mine? all the parts:

I bought a compressor, and HVAC controls off ebay, i got a deal on the switch since i wasn't in a hurry and waited for one that was $40 shipped. The compressor i did the same and got one or $45 shipped with 20k miles on it. The lines unfortunately can not easily be found used. I think i paid $75, 50 and 60 for the three lines, and $60 for the switches and the bolts..

So that is $350, Then i just need to fill it. Which if i was paying for would be around $50-100 bucks?

if you have a u pullit it yard near by with an aveo with ac, the lines would be $5-10 each and come with the switch. if it had a complete set up you could all the parts for less than $100..

my car already had the ac heater box an valve on the firewall, as well as the condenser and dryer on it from the factory. If you need to buy those it will be a little more money and work, but i would still get it off ebay then i suspect @ $150 -200 more cost.

car just went under the knife today, projects include: shaving front chevy bow tie, fixing lower cover from previous accident, finish the work of pulling the 1/4's, get the a/c working,.

After that it is big disc brakes all around..

then it will be autoX season again so ill be busy driving the corolla.. BUT i am going to shave and boser the hatch.. and custom build the taillights for the boser and convert the factory circles into led brake lights..

i've kind of been moping on the car stuff trying to find a manufacturing company to assemble the tierod ends..
