first off ill introduce myself my names graham, i live in the uk andhave ownedmy car for almost a year and a half now. i bought the car with the intention of modifying something different as the kalos is very rare if not, not done on the uk sceen. new= good

so i bought the car and have since noticed a huge lack of decent aftermarket parts for the car. but nether the less hasn't stopped me trying.

mods to date include:

lowered 40mm
15" alloys
exhaust
stereo
sub and amp
4" round vibe speakers on the parcel shelf
uprated door card speakers in the front
equlizer for the stereo which is also a pre amp
cat 5 cabeling for the high level imputs on my ampi am running the majority of my system from
mini areil
ram air pipe to the stadardair filter box - does actualy work suprisingly
removed the resonator
xenon lights
pressed number plates
loads of sound proofng around the car
spedo dial bulbs changed colours
and as of this coming weekend there will be new disks on the front just standard old ones are shagged along with some ebc green stuff pads

please do excuse the car being a complete mess right now rained loads lately and the salt from all the snow around my area is still being washed away.

future mods i wouldlike to do include

16" alloys - yes i know i should have got them in the first place but didn't look into the suspension options for the car and had intended to deck the car

tint the windows

debadged

spray the chevy cross black on the front grill and on tailgate

spray the crome crap around the chevy badge at the front black

spray match the wingmirror bits that are still black (the plastic covers)

under the half din size equlizer i want to install a set of lights so in the dark i can see what ranges i am actualy moving rather than hit and hope lol

light up the sub in red

would love to black the entirity of the roof minus the spoiler though

spray up the interior black parts body colour red

engine wise i wish to get a custom de-cat manifold then a remap hopefully a good combination of the pair should see around 110 bhp min easy

front and rear roll bars

hid kit

erm anything else i can think of later ill edit into this post lol but yeah the matter or cost comes into play quite a bit for me not earning a huge pay pack and custom cost shed loads around my area just nothing avalible to do on a budget

i do belive they were H&R ones i got the lower done through the dealer as there just wasn't any options around really so went in to see if they had any optional extra ones

Well, for a de-cat header you should PM one of our members Xiaogary. He's in Singapore and sells a couple different kind of headers for the aveo. As for HIDs, I ordered mine from VVME.com. I think they were $75US or something like that.

yeah i have mailed him regarding those on ebay thought that might be a quicker way to get a contact as i know for a fact that an email gets sent to your inboxed when your mailed lol as i have been reading that people have been having problems getting ahold of him on the site. but i would love to get a hold of it as i have a 2inch system from the cat back at the moment so would be niceto just finish it off with either a 4-1 header or preferably for me a 4-2-1 header as i want to up the lower end power then drop in cams to hopefully get the high end revs going so a combination of things lol

he has both styles of headers listed on ebay right now.

also what size wheels and tires are those? i only ask because there are going to be lowering solutions soon..

cheers for the heads up on the header i shall check shortly for one and the prices.

the wheels are 15's with 195/45/15 ferili tyres on at the mo i do belive
