it sure does, when it is not humid that is, but a dry day at 100 or so, it does not take long

yea maybe like an hour and a half to 2 hours most maybe to touch

Ok was finally able to do my headlights...
i even had enough time to change the oil and disable the DRLs lol
and i hate taking pics on my phone makes my car look pink

i still have some vht spray left i might use that to tint them not to dark cus dam laws
wut do u think i should use?

I hear you can really make them look dark but they're more transperent if you first wet-sand the lenses with 1200 grit, spray them with VHT, and then wet-sand them again with 1200 grit and load on lots of clear.

wont u end up taking off the orange plastic if you wet sand it?
i wont mind having orange leds but then ill need the fast flash plug thing too costly

No, the whole lense is made of orange plastic. The first wet sanding is just to get a perfectly smooth surface. Really the most important wet-sanding is after the VHT dries. I just posted something else in another thread though that Denis did. He got a color-matched decal and covered his and just left the bottom 1/4" exposed.

ill have to try it one day...
but i don't want to copy him ima try to mod his idea a little and see how that works
still have to paint my bumper when thats done ill post before and after
but i was wondering can i buy the black vinyl/decal and paint it victory red since i bought the can of paint?
