i just haven't got around and drilling it yet
we can see it in the picture that it's just "hanging" beside the intake pipe on top of the strut tower

i had it like that for about 6 months and never had any problems
all it is, is a temperature sensor
right now it's sensing the temperature in the engine bay

no it doesn't because the IAT is still sensing a temperature
i still have the sensor attached to the connector
just outside the the intake pipe

ok that makes sense, but if the senser reads it at a higher temp, then would the engine take in less air and lose HP? i guess i wouldnt matter on a short ram intake anyways though
