Man  ...That looks so good all blacked out...I'm glad you painted your rims, it didn't look right silver but the flat black on those rims looks sick. I need to hurry up and do my headlights. So, what paint did you use on yours?

I used gloss black engine enamel stuff in a spray can.

Did you have to scuff the inside or no?

you need to use a self priming or something along those lines, you can lightly scuff them. but if oyu go through the top fake chrome layer it will look terrible scratched.

Did you use a caliper painting kit on your brake or did you just use ceramic paint? It doesn't look like a typical brake kit color, it's nice. I'm painting mine competition orange.

I just used a normal spray can engine enamel. The brand I used comes in gloss black, matt black and silver. Also looked at Hammerite but it takes ages to dry!

Update: my xenons are broken, one of the bulbs is all burnt and doesn't work properly so I have switched back to halogen til I get new bulbs ( going to go a different colour next time though!).

The new wheels are in the shed waiting to be stripped and painted gunmetal with a polished lip,

The headlights will be stripped again and painted matt black.

The side vents are getting a coat of gloss black or gunmetal when I work out how to remove them.

Badges are getting swapped for Suzuki Swift+ ones just to confuse people more!

The exhaust currently has no back box so Im building a VXR centre exit.

The chrome on the front grille is going black and I'm putting my Audi style black strip inbetween them.
