1st is around 15-20mph
2nd is around 35-40mph
3rd is around 55-60mph
4th is around 75-80mph

I only use 5th for cruising, in traffic it typically stays in 4th. That is also just my typical driving I push it harder than that for spirited driving.

They have a thread about this on the old board. They are more on the "Eco-Modder" side of things, so they probably have more info.

Speaking of gas mileage,

I've just seen an increase switching to non-ethanol gas, from a 30 average to a 32 average. (last 3 fill-ups non-eth)
