Hold light and Engine light flashing?

Well before I took it in the light went away?? Its running fine now and the light went off. Does the P2270 code have to relearn as well?

No it's the o2 sensor. No relearn, but it could have been washed with the misfire. And not that it's running right it burned the gas residue off and is functioning?
It's possible.. But if you were dumping enough fuel to foul o2 then you might develop cat issues down the road.
