Ok Let I run this Idea by you. How about leave them out, maybe hook up air vents hose run to the bottom of the air box. That will give you ram air to your air box. You could always mesh them in with screen or chicken wire like WOLFMAN AK907 said. This will keep the most water and mud out hoes
