I don't mean to sound like a rookie( which I am) or anything but why must you put the light in the oven? does it make it come off easier? and why put it back in after? thanks in advance for answering

the oven softens the sealant ont the lens so you can pull it apart. the putting it back in re-softens it to help it seal.

think of it as the consistency of chewed bubble gum at room temp. the oven makes it more like toothpaste..

Looks great with your colour, I would do it but I don't think it would look that good with red. Wonder what colour (if any) would look good with red.

Yeah, we've come a long way since AveoClub.net and it's been a lot of work. We have a much more smooth-running forum now that's cleaner and more efficient. I just wish we had some of the members from the old board. There are not very many regulars here yet, but at the same time it's nice to see some of the newcomers really embrace this board as their own and really make the most out of the information we have and maybe even add a little of their own too. No spam is nice too. :D

Can't decide. Projectors or Blacked out

HID's or Stock?

i would like to see color matched (on something other than yellow).

for those asking, on the 09 the black will look good on any color. because it matches the grills, it just carries the front end around to the headlights. And they dont actually go black. just the outer trim, so its not really too dark.

For you earlier guys, it still works and looks good, but you would/should do something with the turns at the same time.
