Would the 2009 aveo fender,lights and hood fit my 06 aveo?? If so would the holden barina bumper cover (nose) also fit my car because that nose is hot. With out all that crome of course. The 09 Aveo and 09 Holden nose look a like...

yes. You could do aveo hood, headlights and fenders, and a holden front bumper

Or the whole 09 aveo front end, or an 08 sedan front, or a holden front, or a kalos front.

from the pictures, I do believe the holden front and the pontiac wave are very similar, possibly with just a different grill?

They have the grill I want but not the front bumper.

without access to either car, i am 90% sure the 09 holden barina bumper is the same as the 09 pontiac g3 bumper. but with a different grill.
