hmmm...I'll have to see one in person....I wonder if the mounting is the same. I may look for one eventually if I like it better. I also may go back and bug the sales guy about it. Not that he'll do anything about it. I'd never have known if this thread hadn't started LOL :lol: :lol:

Ok LarsBud since you did not have a wing how did you find the back window for getting dirty before and now after having a wing. Is it cleaner now or not .
Oh by the way 04-08 hatch with wing or 09 hacth back window witch one stay cleaner longer

I think the 09 wing is just a little longer. I didn't change how the wing fight at all, simply used the premarked holes and hand cut my rubber seal rings. The weather stripping I used is House door and window weather stripping from HomeDepo. Was a little thicker then the factory stripping that was on before I cleaned it up for paint.

The rear window no longer has any build up of dust, but I really didn't add it for that reason :lol:

I have an 09 spoiler on my 08, Way longer and wraps further around, looks sweet but I seem to get a lot of salt build up on the back glass now so it must create more of a vortex back there Image

I think it was around 190 unpainted, don't remember # GM wing. I will look at work monday

im purchasing the 2nd gen wing from a local dealership painted for $260. mine car is a standard color so its a little bit cheaper buying it already painted. i will get a part number when i purchase it this week.
