speaking of wheel whores..

let me get pictures from my friends house. i think he is up to 12 sets of rims (most with tires) piled up in the living room, and spare bedroom. I think his cheapest set is like $1200 w/o tires.

As for 13's that will stick out like that, any wheel from a Chevette will do that.

And a wheel from a monza will also do that, and there's some neat looking factory aluminum one's too... but there 4 x 4" which is a few millimeter's off from the 4 x 100 pattern...so the lugs end up a little stressed.

fwiw, you can by "offset" lugs, were the lug bolt/nut is separated for the seat, to allow for a few mm of difference.

Dude, thanks for the tip, that might really help open up my wheel choices , but how strong would they be? I'm sure there fine for the aveo, but what about a 3000lb car with 245lb ft of torque...hmm .. I'm gonna look them up...

some vehicles like a few volvos and such use them stock, nothing is wrong with the strength, its a true hubcentric design lug.
