Ebay caster camber bolts.

Postby Petrified.Rabbit » Sun Oct 18, 2009 12:53 pm

DO NOT BUY THESE!

I just took my front wheels off and the camber bolts were both sheared off, and one is stuck inside the spindle with nothing stick out of each side.. which means i need to pull the spindle and redrill the hole..

DO NOT BUY THESE!

If you already have a set I suggest you replace them, ASAP!

They are the ones for less the $20 that have a smaller bolt and a larger lobe on them. I cannot stress this enough.

DO NOT BUY THESE!

(this has been a friendly advisement on behalf of the management)

fixed and back together, now i need another alignment, new wheels are on. but i need to lower the front end some more.

again, you can see cracks in between the threads of the bolts, so if you use them you are basically replace 17mm grade 8 or 10 hardware with a 15mm grade nothing.

The only ones I'd buy are the ones from H&R or Eibach. Even then, I'd get ones that are bigger, that you'd have to drill the hole out.

Yeah, see this is why wheel spacers scare me. It's hard to find people that sell a quality high performance product. I want to be absolutely sure if I'm gonna stick my neck out there on it, not to mention my brand new car. Glad you got some new ones that a worth a $h!+. :D
