Guys, I am having a problem. I recently bought over a used B&G spring from a friend who drives a honda fit.

When I brought the spring to the workshop, they realised that it won't fit. Reason is because the rubber damper at the top of the spring is much wider than the B&G spring.

From what I know, no additional rubber damper comes with the spring. How come on the B&G website, it says that its compatible with Aveo?

Can any kind souls over here check it out for me? Since B&G is from the States, I believe its much easier for many of the members here to check it for me?

wait, you bought honda fit springs to put on the aveo?

where did you get the information they would fit?

the cross platform idea wont work like that. it needs to be a car built on the same platform, manufacturer specific.

must have been one of those "car" sites that dont really know what they are doing...like "yourhotcar" or other crap like that
