Can this spring be use on Aveo 5?

Hi brothers and sisters....

I have a question and hope some kind soul can help me.

Over here in Singapore, the more popular lowering springs used on our cars (Chevys) is Vogtland Springs.

http://www.vogtland-na.com/sportsprings.asp

Reason I don't like vogtland is that price is abit steep. Hence, I surfed the web and found another brand.

http://b-gsuspension.com/springs.php

Is B&G compatible with Chevrolet? Any brothers here using this brand of lowering springs?

Thanks for viewing and answering, apologies if my question sounds noob. LOL

Yeah, I've heard of B&G springs before. Nicely priced. They're a good choice if all you want to do is lower a bit, but they are a bit on the bouncy side. If you are wanting a little performance out of a spring and a little bit more comfortable ride go H&R, Eibach or Apex. I personally like Eibach's, but H&R's drop lower for the Aveo.

The ever helpful Wolf again.. I gotta get the admins to give you a prize for being so helpful.

Base on what I have checked, they can lower up to 1.5", which is the same as Vogtland springs. I only want a simple lowered ride, no need for performance (I am a timid driver. lol).

Have you heard anything good or bad about the springs yet? Can B&G can fit our rides nicely?

??

B&G coil overs are nice, i have two sets in the garage right now. one with 40k one set new.

i am sure their springs are as nice, but as wolf indicated they are "race" rated so the higher rate makes them bouncier..

I just emailed RDY about their coilovers for the Aveo they offer earlier this week. A member from another forum referred me to them, but I've yet to get a reply with a price yet. :(
