This amplifier is perfect for daily use and for small set up The 1k5H is 2.56" H x 11" W x 6.69" L and it gives you 1500 pure Rms power in 1ohm or 2ohms.

It has 95% efficiency which means that 95% of the energy that went into the device, the battery wires, were transformed into audio. Only 5% of energy is lost to heat.

I like it, how much they run C3?

How does the JL Audio HD900/5 compair to the Stetsom 1K5H?

Nothing to really compare as you are comparing a 5ch class D amp to 1ch class D amp.

-If you want to compare them on the power the Stetsom wins hands down with 600Wrms@ 4ohm compared to JL Audio's 500Wrms (1.5 to 4ohm), on efficiency Stetsom wins that category also 95% compared to JL audio's 50-57% efficiency. As far as size they are about the same. That is where the comparison stops. If you want to include price in there you can buy 2 Stetsom 1k5H for the price of 1 900/5.

+If you want to compare the Stetsom to a single channel class D monoblock amp made by JL Audio the closest is the 1000/1v2 and it does not fair very well. Looking at it from a price stand point you can buy almost 3 Stetsom 1K5H for the price of 1 1000/1v2. Click here to see a spec to spec comparison.

I like how compact it is for packing such a punch. Very nice amplifier.

The technology is there, just wonder how long it will be before the rest of the major brands around the world catch up...

You can get a nice mid-bass/bass upgrade in your Aveo and no longer worry about where to put the amp!!!
