XiaoGary's 2005 Hatchback Aveo

Mods done to engine head:

1) Ported and Polished engine head
2) Shave 2mm off engine head to increase compression ratio
3) Sharpen the intake and exos ports to knofe edge to allow better flow
4) High Lift (10.1mm) 285 duration Intake and Exos Camshaft
5) ARP Head Bolts
6) Cometic 1.3mm Double Layer Copper Gasket

Mods done to engine block:

1) Daewoo Lanos (1.6) Crankshaft to increase stroke (From 73.4mm to 81.5mm) to that same of Optra
2) Forged H Beam Eagle Con Rod with ARP bolts
3) Forged Big Bored (From 77.9mm to 81.0mm) Wiseco Valves Cut Pistons 11.1:1 High compression with Moly coated Rings
4) Big Bored engine block with resleeve

Mods done to Drive Train:

1) 4.1Kg Billet Steel Flywheel (Original 9.3Kg)
2) 8lbs Clutch kit (Original 11lbs) consisting of cabon/kelvar clutch pad and opel clutch cover
3) 4.2 Final Drive Ratio Kit
4) Short shifter Kit with new top gasket

Mods done to Wheels:

1) Original 17 inch OZ Ultralegrra Gunmetal Rims
2) 205/40/ZR17 Maxxis Z1 High Performance Tyres
3) Rear 10mm Offset disc

Mods done to Braking System:

1) Front VTTR 303mm Double Ventilated Brake Rotors
2) Front VTTR 6 Pots Forged Brake Caliper
3) Front VTTR 600 degree brake pads
4) Rear 286mm Single Ventilated Disc Rotor
5) Rear 2 Pot Brake Caliper with Endless Cover
6) Front and Rear Goodridge Steel Braided Hose

Mods Done on Chasis:

1) Front Tower Summit Strut Bar
2) Front Lower Summit Brace 2 pt Bar
3) Mid Lower Summit Brace 2 pt Bar
4) Rear Boot Summit Strut Bar
5) Customised Engine Damper

Mods Done on Suspension:

1) Front 12Kg BC Fully Adjustable (preload and height) Coilover with 32 clicks shock hardness
2) Rear 5Kg BC Fully Adjustable (preload and height) Coilover with 32 clicks shock hardness

Intake Mod:

1) AEM Cold Air Intake System with HKS Reloaded sper Power Flow Filter
2) Sharpen the throttle body knife edge to allow better flow

Exos Mod:

1) Long 4-1 Cat Removal Header with o2 sensor bunk lifter (to prevent CEL)
2) Hot Bits mid muffler
3) Remus rear straight through muffler
4) 2 inch straight through mid pipe
5) Simota Exos Rubber Mounting

Exterior Mods:

1) Razzi Body Kit
2) Black Window Visor
3) Front Black Windscreen 15cm Sunshield
4) Vcool Mirage Window Film (70% in front, 40% rear)
5) Pageguard 8000 Remote Auto Start Alarm with auto boot release

Yes. Its Razzi Bodykit. The shipment fee costed more than the bodykit itself by air. Was drooling for 2 years before I decided to be the first in my region to have it. The exhaust are customised and are Titanium Color tips. But it was hidden, only revealing a bit of blue flame color at the tip.

I don't really like the front bumper's wire mesh, it looks like a vacuum cleaner cleaning the roads. Lots of leaves eventually get stuck on the wire mesh. I have to clear them every few days.

I am not sure if I am considering spamming the forums. But I have hundreds of photos more to share. As long as the moderators allow, I will post more. I do not want to jam up the bandwidth or storage space of the forum.

But yeah go for it. (i am surprised most of you dont have more hosting, only upload once, and the post forever.)



BTW:
what is the best deal going on aveo coilovers right now? need a good amount of drop.

yea the razzi kit is pretty nice just alot of people already have it on the aveo which is y im not gettin it anymore
