Yeah, if the Lova comes out with projectors that will fit ours I'll buy a pair and do the black headlight mod on those and just sell these ones to someone on the forum that wants them. idk what it is exactly. My buddy bought it n put it on his corolla but the motor seized up so I am going buy that and he got a half radiator I am getting too. Another buddy is going custom make the manifold for me. Its not for the aveo but I am going customize it.

You mean an "intercooler". There's a lot more to it than just bolting it on. Do you know what kind of turbo/size. Have you thought about if your going stand-alone or not? Do some research on Daewootech.com or consult PrecisionBoost before you purchase anything. He's a member here and he's a partial owner of daewootech.com. He's a wealth of turbo knowledge. I wouldn't want you to waste your money if its not the right setup for you is all.

no it has an inter-cooler. i am getting a del sol radiator so there is more room for the turbo. no im not sure of the exact size. it has the turbo timer n boost controller. the only worry i had was adjusting the cars specs. but he had something i cant recall the name, that i got to wire in to my my computer n it will adjust the air fuel mix and all that stuff. im not a turbo wiz but the 3 friends have turboed every car they ever bought.

Yes and your buddy also put it in his car and now his motor is siezed. I'd really think about this, changing the radiator and everything...doesn't sound like a good idea. How much boost was it producing on his car?

he had something clog up hes fuel injector n one of his cylinders got screwed up or something. he was running 6 ish lbs. I believe. I don't think the smaller radiator will do anything. i will still have a fan running on it and everything.
