removing the black in the headlamp housing? you already did them in black? paint stripper will melt that plastic.

you either need to sand it off, etch prime it, and then start from there ( a few techniques will work)

The plastics pretty strong coz it didnt melt in the oven!

Of course I wasnt gunna use paint stripper...... honest!

I've decided against it now anyway the black looks better!

Negative. The only difference in my beam is from me removing my reflector off my HIDs.
