European Aveo very CUSTOM ;)

Frist hello to all! I came here at the invitation of Daniel, as the old forum is almost useless.

So, here it is ;)

Chevrolet Aveo 2006

Engine: GM 1.4 16v (94hp)

Modifications:
Two-way Alarm
Dimmed windows
Rims: 15" ENZO R
Suspension: custom made-shorten shocks and customized springs
Headlights: Xsenon D2S, 4300K with Hella BiXenon projectors also custom made

Music:

HU: Pioneer F900BT
Front Alpine SPR-13S systems
Subwoofer 10" MB Quart PWE 252
4 channel Chrunch amp and Impulse monoblock...

Oh hey Mark, that was me that invited you on Dan's account. I had seen you had joined, but we had already migrated here. Very nice Aveo, how did you go about making your custom projectors?

I opened my headlights, bore the place fore projectors to fit, put the black background and assemble all back up. Projectors are from Mercedes E-class, with motor for lifting beam up, so i have low and hi beam ;)

Hmmm...I wish there was a DIY for this. That sounds waay too cool.

Unfortunately I have not took any photos but the whole process takes a whole day long, a lot of time and nerves including patience and details :)
