i used to drive from pittsburgh to ft lauderdale every christmas and it only took 18 hours.

cant do that trip in the aveo with a wife and two kids though.. wife requires flying

the iphone app on my phone that uses google maps accounts for traffic, but really it is just an estimate

my brother left ft lauderdale at 6:30pm, and got to my house at 2:00pm. (i flew out and met him there)

thats is 19 hrs 30 minutes with long breaks since he drove alone (to keep from tiring).

that is also losing time driving through the mountains in wv because of the 6 inches of snow and unplowed roads when he got there.
