so you didnt bolt in corsa struts?

please find out asap i have a source for corsa parts state side. if these in deed bolt on, then it would be about the same option as what i am building (ie better for you guys than what i am already doing).

btw, i have a 4th set of coil overs coming to test fit for a better outcome.

Damn, it looks backwards. I don't reckon there's any possibility of mixing up the front and back ones? Looks good though, that's about how low I want mine in the back...slammed. Mine would need to be lower in the front for sure. The price isn't bad at all though. Good work mate.

the ride is not to hard at all. so I am happy with that. I will need to get smaller shocks to go on the back as the springs are so small. the corsa D has the same suspension on the back so I am getting shocks to fit a corsa to try

if you guys want to go even lower you can get 60mm drop springs to go on the back but that will be very very low

also I have been looking at the front and it looks spot on the same. but I will not say they will fit till I try them. but as the corsa D is still a brand new car over here there are not alot of them in the junk yards yet. but I will keep looking

i ended up putting shocks on the back off a 1999 mustang about 4" shorter than stock fully extended, never bottom out, but "top" ut once in a while on a hard 90... (lift a rear wheel)

i guess i will keep working on my solution... i have all the parts ready to go, but really looking for a true/affordable/viable solution that is not from me... (know what i mean?)

the corsa shocks look the same and also I will be looking around the junk yard to see what I can find to fit it.

did the mustang shocks just bolt on or did you need to work on them first to get them to fit ? and what model was they from as I also own american left hand drive cars so I am good mates with my parts guy and he could get some for me.

I used the stock mustang washer and then the top mount off the aveo. For the bottom it needed @10mm spacer collar. I pit it on the inside side instead of 2 5 mm spacer to push the bottom of the shock out. The bolt sleeve on the shock I also put a additional sleeve in like 1-2mm diameter difference.

Works really well any rear shock for 1980-2005 fox mess mustang will work hey even have bilstiens sports but they are an additional inch shorter so I would think it would top out more.
