latest "mod" on Vee

here's the latest modification on my aveo

that happened this morning on my way in to work
a big chunk of metal came flying from a truck that was going in the other direction
and i had no time and no where to go to avoid it

the bracket holding the headlight also broke but we can't see it in the pic

ouch unlucky mate not good, probably gonna cost you as much as the days work lol. i hate it when stuff like this happens just not right. but still headlights probably the best thing to have been hit as you can replace that easy enough yourself rather than the windscreen or bonnet or anything else hey

i only need to buy the parts and i'll do all the work myself

and i won't go through insurance because it will cost me more because i'll have to pay my deductible

whats the deductiable? looks like it put a dent in too, quite a mess. If it is $500 or less, I would claim it.

my deductible $1000
plus it will increase my monthly premium

while i can fix it mtself for about $150

yea doing it yourself would be cheaper..
the most expensive piece would be the bumper cover if needed.

whew mine used to be 1000 too but for 12 more a month, its 250 instead, but if you can do thw work, then your set
