6" i already have 6" in the door(had to cut the hole a little bigger and made 1" spacers)

and thanks don, im hoping that i will be able to hit some decent numbers with this set up but without walling the car i wont have a chance in hitting anything over 145... a guy a know has this set up tuned nice and hit 151 in his explorer... but i have an aveo with | | that much air space hahaha

How many square feet of dynamat did you use for the trunk? I ended up picking up a 100 square feet, and hope its enough to do my hatch area and maybe the doors
