Wow...yeah, get some paint thinner and strip that shit off. Start over. Once you get all the paint off, wet sand your whole taillight with 2000grit sandpaper and just a little dab of dish soap and sand until they are hazy and foggy looking all over. Clean with paint thinner, and then whipe again with another rag as paint thinner leaves a coat behind it. When you spray the VHT, use long continuous motions, don't stop spraying in the center of the light and start again. I always go around the edges first and then spray the centers in long sweeping motions. Go with really light coats, really light. You only have to wait like 5 minutes between coats. I usually only do 2 coats, 3 is like the max. After that, wait 10 minutes and start shooting clear. I do 3 coats. After the clear dries, if you see any imperfections or small runs, you can wet sand them again now with 2000grit and then buff them out either by hand or with a machine buffer. I do mine by hand. Use a microfiber compound applicator so you don't scratch them up. I'm doing mine this weekend if you want to see what they should look like.
