Wing

Postby LarsBud » Tue Sep 15, 2009 9:26 am

Man did I luck out.
I've been looking for a rear wing for my 2009 Aveo5 and found one on EBay. Starting bid was $20 and I kept watching it for the last week and it did not move. Last night was the end of the bidding and I went for it and got it, $20!!!!
So with shipping it came to $45 US for a factory rear wing. Should have it in a few weeks and will get it painted and be mounting the puppy on.
Will post the pics.

Nice find man!

I wanna change the wing on mine but theres really nothing out there with an aftermarket "look" that im gonna like and i dont want those ugly aluminum wings. I also dont want the raised one you could find on 1st gen pontiac waves

I noticed the new gen has a bigger wing then the one on mine, maybe i should chek in to that!

You gonna get the stripe painted on there too?

Not sure which way to go, paint it just black or match it up to the car colors red with the black stripe? :? :?

Black would be easier and faster, but I think you'd be happier if you matched it.

Ok I got my wing back and it turned out great. My buddy did another great paint job.
Here how it looks on my car.
