If you rip that fat 4" fart can off, do a 2.25 pipe all the way back from your cat into a Flowmaster 60 or a Magnaflow muffler I think you'd be happy. Yeah, I seen that under there buddy...

i bought my exhaust piping al my local part store and it cost me $20 for 10ft of steel exhaust piping

Just pick up a stick of aluminized steel exhaust tubing. If you need to make any bends an easy way to do it is fill the pipe with sand, heat it up and bend it with a pry bar.
