The video on facebook (same one as above) compared to now is nothing, i really should make another one to see the difference. It's much faster now.
I want to try to run max of 10 pounds of boost, yes try because its way too easy to just turn the dial up lol. At 10 psi i should be close to the torque limit of the D20, i don't want to blow it afterall. I could run 10 right now if i had a boost controller. I just installed the biggest wastegate spring i had to get 8 psi.
Im glad the clutch works good and handles the power at 8 psi like its nothing.
The new ignition kit will def make things safer in boost but the car runs very well in it right now and the stock timing is well adapted for boost. The problem lies in closed loop operation, the ecu is going nuts trying to figure out why the engine is running and it doesnt have full control over it so its adding and pulling timing like mad making the car jerk around a bit.
