A few new things

I finally got my America Remembers license plates. So they are now on and lookin' good:

I finished putting on the H&R springs yesterday:

and today, I had the rear part of the muffler cut out and put an angled tip where the rest of the pipe used to be:

I really like the way it sounds now, it has a slight burble when I downshift. I know it will only get better when I have the custom intake made up for it. I plan on using the same muffler shop and getting some 1 1/2" pipe bent for my specs on what i'll need.

Those are actually the 2F2F edition of rims. LOL, that is definitely on the to do list. I'm just undecided if I want to go with 17s or go huge and get some 19s. I know the 19s will require some modifications to be done to the car to get them to fit with no clearance issues, but hey it's a work in progress. Thanks for the comments about the plates.

Very nice, I'm booking my car in to get a tint soon, its really irritating me now that its not and I like the look of these cars tinted. How do the H&R springs ride compared to stock? Do you have an exhaust clip? Looks good so far!

Edit: I saw your other post and I was wondering, did you notice if the stock radio has RCA outputs?

I didn't notice, but stereo things are not my specialty. It was very easy to switch out the stock unit with the stuff I bought from Crutchfield. I still have my stock head unit in my garage if that makes any difference. Is it something I can just look at the stock head unit and tell about the RCA outputs? If so, let me know what to look out for.

so you pretty much just left it at a straight pipe in the back?? please do add a sound vid. i like how it looks. oh, and go with 17s, imo 19s would look "donk"ish

RCA outputs would come in pairs, one red and one white, they are the same connectors you use to hook up a dvd player. So yes look at the back and you will see them.

Oh and can you tell me if there is a remocon hookup on your sticker, I'm trying to figure something out, but don't have a stock stereo.
If the REMOCON is there just tell me what number it is. That will answer my question, thanks.

I like the side out exhaust.


I will be running my exhaust out the side also this spring, but it will come out the passenger side. I will be running a thrush glass-pack.

Oh now I see the pipe. I'm going to do similar but I want my exhaust to run just behind side skirts, so that it shows.
