      Re: Lime Green Hatch

being 44yrs old i look at my aveo as a daily commuter car and love it for what it is. i grew up in an era where all the horsepower was being made by these big block v-8s. i am amazed that you younger guys and girls are getting the same amount of hp out of these little 4 cylinders that we used to pump out of the big blocks. my "need for speed" if thats what you want to call it comes from my buick grand national. 3.8L turbocharged sequential fuel injected car. my only modifications to the grand national are a cai, walbro 340 hotwired fuel pump,55lb injectors, eric marshall custom programmed street/strip chip, caspers electronics TEC, and flowmaster exhaust, hollowed out cat, 3:73 gears and an eaton posi. it looks and sounds like a bone stock grand national but the acceleration is mighty fierce. dont get me wrong, i'd love to have my aveo be able to take out a ferarri 550 maranello but thats not reality. if it could then why would i drive the aveo?

Yeah too bad when I saw it at SEMA a few years ago it had a SOHC 1.5 in it... The body and interior was nice, but they should have left the hood closed.

u know i bet the 1.5 dont feel much different from the 1.6. so this was not an american derived aveo?
You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.
