Hey everyone.

This is my baby, 'squeek'
I haven't done much to my car unfortionatly, if anything i am lookin to sell her.

As for work i've done,
Custom Short ram Intake
Painted headlights
City running lights
Yellow tinted fogs
Custom short shifter
Oh yea, i cut out the bow tie from the front grille too.
and i think thats all. if i keep her shes getting SUSPENSION!!! cause stock SUCKS! Way way too much body role for my liking. (part of reason for selling)


What do you guys think? Any suggestions? keeping in mind i'm poor. lol

All of the work i've Done i got from How-to's on this forum. So, THANK all of you aveo lovers for helping out a fellow aveo'r.

spend $1000 on coil overs and some body bars, and it will not roll much.

$1000 is less than the loss of buying a different car.

Where did you get the white side markers? I'm keeping the ones I have in right now since they're painted to match the body, but you never know, it might not be my last aveo... or I might change my mind and go back to actual working side markers (if I can get clear ones).

And coilovers sound good, but they're $1000+, so if you don't care for your drop/stiffness to be adjustable, you can always get some H&R or Eibach springs (H&R has lower drop of the two) and some KYB shocks... The whole set up cost me about $400 bucks from eBay but the difference is VERY noticeable... It's a totally different handling car. And if you go with springs/struts-shocks, then you can also buy all four bars from UltraRacing and your whole setup will cost you around 1000$.. not 1000 plus the price of bars... But that's what I am looking at doing once I get a job. Anyone hiring an aviation mechanic??

So I hope, but it still might be a while until we see them for $400. At least another year or so. And until then I'm satisfied with my springs and shocks.

Rabbit says that because he's designing a kit this summer that would allow use of coilovers and be priced around 6 or 800 total...i cant remember exactly.

Oh, nice! Looking forward to seeing that. How much drop is he planning to make? And will it be adjustable stiffness too??
