Re: My Ol' Blue Aveo Sedan
Lowering springs would go a long way... pretty nice otherwise..
Re: My Ol' Blue Aveo Sedan
Easier said then done.
Re: My Ol' Blue Aveo Sedan
what do you mean? $$? or ability?
Re: My Ol' Blue Aveo Sedan
Well my brother said it would cost lie $400, but he said we could do it, so I guess it is issue of money.
Re: My Ol' Blue Aveo Sedan
its only $200ish for the springs, you could put them in in an afternoon
Re: My Ol' Blue Aveo Sedan
Why the hell would you do that to your airbox?!. Your sucking dirt into your motor with that "mod". You need an air filter of some type or your motor will get really loud followed by knocks and other not so good noises, if you lost the screws for the air box; I'm sure they are very cheap from GM.
Other than that, nice car and welcome to the site. :P
Re: My Ol' Blue Aveo Sedan
I might have not mentioned it, but I have a K&N air filter taped to it.

dooooood, stop smokin the peote(sp?)
do it right.
gravity, heat, vibrations, and general everyday driving will kill ur tape. it will start to sag, then u will start to suck up crap, then ur motor will run like poop. also poor gas mileage may occur.
put the bottom of the box back on and remove the resonator from the wheel well immediatly! do not drive ur car another inch until u do so!
i was wonderin what that tape was for. :shakes head in dissapproval:
Re: My Ol' Blue Aveo Sedan
for the price of a k&n filter, you can pick up a real intake from ebay..
it wont be the nicest intake out there, but it will work.
Re: My Ol' Blue Aveo Sedan
Here is the air intake I'm buying with my next paycheck:
