*Disclaimer* This is for the 04-06 aveos w/ manual transmission, no idea about the 07s *Disclaimer*
The knob is glued on. A common removal method is to remove the entire stick and place it knob first into boiling water for a few minutes. Then use a vice/clamp to pull it off.

Steve is correct this is the short shifter from 360 dynamics.
-
yeah even 07 is glued on. congrats on the short shifter- i would give my left eye for one...... :(
car looks good. not a fan of graphics, but it looks real good. good job.

hey which spring kit is that and what size is the wheel/tire combo thats a good looking drop but performance wise for me it might be too much last thing i need is to shred tires any faster  and is anyone making a short shifter now that 360 went tits up? i heard i think it was kinky that was making them or something???

Apex lowering springs with 2 coils cut off each spring. 17" wheels 205/40-17 tires.
Car has been lowered for 2.5 years and the coils have been cut for 1.5 years. 95000km and still running the stock shocks/struts with no problems.

must suck in the winter! If I had been lowered this winter I would have lost my front bumper to a block of ice!
-
Dont have any problems in winter yet, even with as much snow that it constantly rubs under the car lol, but seriously i dont take it out during blizzards, the roads are cleaned constantly so its not really a problem.

Seats?
Nemasys
Hey man! Just curious where you got your seats from.
Thanks

You can get those seats pretty much anywhere where they sell aftermarket car parts. I got em at a windshield repair centre, they also work on car alarms, remote starters, audio systems, and other electrical aftermarket stuff. They have a catalogue filled with aftermarket crap you can order.
