Believe it or not, it's off of a dodge ram, I had to cut about 10" out of the center still not done I want to make sure I don't rip it off when I lower it

i had an '02 ram air dam on my neon, i had to heat the corners with a heat gun to make them fit, any issues like that for the aveo?
