wheels/tires look nice. Where did you get them?
wheels/tires look nice. Where did you get them?
yes it has been lowered
first the stock coils were mounted
sub-terannian leaning on the mounts
second we raised it an inch
now after the test that was too low
you have to raise it an inch and a halfe
now the car is amazing
some roll some understeer
but somehow a car is more than just a car
this car is a lot more than just a cheap budget car

i just saw a new question and realized i neglected to tell
that in summer i run 44 psi
that in winter i run 35 psi
that on logging roads i run 27 psi
a tire is only as good as its pressure
---
so after i deflate the tires to 27psi for the road, i wonder
how will inflate them back to the ash..
i use a loud cheap 12v jiggler compressor
hilarious to watch it work

You know , camopaint , after the turbo works , i may just have to get it wrapped. charcoal. tints. etc.
that would require fixing the dent in the fender from the 2 door sedan
i tell everyone i am function over form so if the dent gets fixed
i guess if this motor can produce 320hp
i will personally fix that dent and put it on the record

One conclusion I have is about the 185/55 series tires! Wow! Even more torque where I need it - 45, say, 55mph to 90mph roll ons in third, fourth and fifth gear are waay better. Of course its geared for west coast twisty roads, where 45mph to 65mph is the cruising speed. In third gear this thing sounds interesting doing 65mph uphill, its almost like it hits a sweet spot, right near the redline, which I don't usually do. The point is the torque change is in my opinion a significant modification to the car by using 185/55 tires, I know they aren't so wide, but they seem to work really worth it, I will buy them again for sure.
Some one else has to try out 185/55's - trust me it will be fun, the speedo with be off by 10-11% though, so you'll probably want an app or a gauge for that.
